Premix phase A1 until clear. Premix phase A2 and A3. Add phase A2 into A1 under moderate shear at 500rpm for 10 minutes. 2.Add phase A3 into phase A under moderate shear. Mix phase A until homogenous for 5 minutes. Heat phase A to 75°C. 3.Prepare phase B and heat to 75°C. Mix under moderate shear. 4.Add phase B to phase A at 75°C with high shear at 1,500 rpm for 1 minute. Homogenize the batch at 5,000rpm for 3 minutes at 75°C. 5.Mix the batch with propeller blade, decrease the mixing speed to 500 rpm. Cool down the batch to 40°C. Add phase C into the batch. Continue to mix for 5 minutes. 6.At 25°C, adjust the pH to 7.0 by adding 20% citric acid in water into the batch.
